      Product Features：
      SF-063 is a one-component sealant formulated with SIPE resin, delivering exceptional sealing performance and adhesion. It is environmentally friendly, non-corrosive, and free from harmful pollutants. SF-063 exhibits excellent compatibility with a variety of materials, including metals, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and sheet metal.

      Applications:
      • Elevator and Security Door Reinforcement: Ideal for bonding and reinforcing components in elevators and security doors.
      • Metal Fabrication: Perfect for splicing and sealing joints in metals, galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel, and other metal substrates.

      Precautions:
      • Eco-Friendly: Solvent-free, non-toxic, and low in VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds)
      • Easy Application: Low viscosity for smooth and effortless application
      • Rapid Setting: Quick surface drying for efficient positioning and immediate bonding
      • Durable and Reliable: Excellent weather resistance, creep resistance, and long-term durability

      Directions for Use:
      • Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
      • In order to ensure the bonding effect and compatibility between the product and the substrate, tests should be conducted in advance on the actual substrate and environment.
      • Application environment temperature 5~35 ℃, humidity 50~70%RH. When the temperature below 5℃,recommended place products in the environment of 30~40 ℃ for lH (No more than 3H).
      • For Construction method, please refer to Sofluoro construction description or consult technical personnel.
      • Part of the available nodes modification can use scraper or rigid foam, detailing modification can use available soap and water level.
      • Activator and primer are not required!

      Safety Precautions: 
      ● Use in well-ventilated areas.
      ● In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
      ● Keep out of reach of children.

      Storage:
      1. Transport: Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.
      2. Storage: Keep sealed into cool, dry place. Temperature: 5~25℃. Humidity: ≤50%RH.
      3. Shelf Life: Cartridge and Sausage 9 months.

      Transport as non-hazardous goods.
