      Product Features：
      SF-040 is a one-component sealant based on silane-modified polyurethane resin. It is non-corrosive, environmentally friendly, and does not pollute base materials. Its puncture resistance makes repairs easy. It provides excellent bonding to cement and wood.

      Applications:
      Suitable for bonding parquet, laminate, and solid wood flooring.
      Suitable for bonding facing boards and cardboard indoors.

      Precautions:
      Formaldehyde, TDI, and solvent-free. Quiet application; no damage to flooring.
      One-component, excellent extrusion,non-sagging, and easy to apply.
      Provides good elasticity and sound insulation.

      Directions for Use:
      ● Ensure substrate surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and water.
      ● The recommended application environment temperature is 5-35℃ (41-95℉) with a relative humidity of 50-70% RH. When the temperature is below 5℃ (41℉), it is recommended to warm the product to 30-40℃ (86-104℉) for 1 hour (do not exceed 3 hours).
      ● For detailed application instructions, please refer to the Sofluoro’s application guide or consult with our technical personnel.
      ● For node modification, a scraper or rigid foam can be used. For detailed refinements, a damp cloth can be used.

      Safety Precautions: 
      ● Use in well-ventilated areas.
      ● In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
      ● Keep out of reach of children.

      Storage:
      1. Transport: Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.
      2. Storage: Keep sealed into cool, dry place. Temperature: 5~25℃. Humidity: ≤50%RH.
      3. Shelf Life: Cartridge and Sausage 9 months.

      Transport as non-hazardous goods.
