      Product Features：
      SF-021 is a one-component, high-modulus
      polyurethane sealant that cures with ambient moisture. It offers exceptional adhesion to a broad spectrum of substrates, including:
      • Metals: Sheet iron, aluminum, stainless
      steel, lead, copper
      • Other Materials: Ceramics, glass, wood,
      various plastics

      Applications:
      • Automotive, container, and caravan body
      construction.
      • Sealing and bonding of ventilation ducts, gutters, and spouts.
      • Sealing of sheet metal seams.
      • Vibration reduction and sealing against
      water, air, gas, and dust in sheet metal assemblies.

      Key Features:
      • One-component formulation: Easy to use with excellent thixotropy for controlled application.
      • Superior Sealing: Provides a reliable seal on metal, glass, and painted surfaces.
      • High Cohesive Strength: Ensures flexible and durable bonds.

      Directions for Use:
      ● Ensure substrate surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and water.
      ● The recommended application environment temperature is 5-35℃ (41-95℉) with a relative humidity of 50-70% RH. When the temperature is below 5℃ (41℉), it is recommended to warm the product to 30-40℃ (86-104℉) for 1 hour (do not exceed 3 hours).
      ● For detailed application instructions, please refer to the Sofluoro’s application guide or consult with our technical personnel.
      ● For node modification, a scraper or rigid foam can be used. For detailed refinements, a damp cloth can be used.
      ● No activator or primer is required.

      Safety Precautions: 
      ● Use in well-ventilated areas.
      ● In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
      ● Keep out of reach of children.

      Storage:
      1. Transport: Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.
      2. Storage: Keep sealed into cool, dry place. Temperature: 5~25℃. Humidity: ≤50%RH.
      3. Shelf Life: Cartridge and Sausage 9 months.

      Transport as non-hazardous goods.
