Product Features：

SF-86 is a Single component neutral silicone sealant; Especially formulated and designed for external curtain walls sealing applications and due to its Ultraviolet UV, ozone and weather resistance characteristics. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture; forming a weather proof flexible sealant body; therefore curing time could vary due to environmental conditions.

Non-sagging, low odor and neutral curing sealant with outstanding primeless adhesion on a variety of materials, low VOC level and shrinkage volume, can be applicate up to 40°C, flexible between -40°C up to 120°C.

Application Area：

1. Non-structural sealing for large-scale and super high glass curtain walls.

2. Gap sealing of large-scale and super high aluminum plate curtain walls and stone curtain walls.

3. Sealing for concrete, brick, ceramics, marble, granite, plastics and metal plate.

Using Instructions：

1. Clean the surface that needs adhesion with acetone or other solvents.

2. Paste masking tape on joint outer sides as protection, trim and remove the masking tape before curing.

3. Users must do local tests on the compatible adhesion, ensure good adhesion between products and panels.

4.Our company is not responsible for any accidental loss.

Precautions：

1. Not suitable for materials with greasy and wet surfaces, airless place, temperature below 4°C or above 40°C.

2. Not used as structural sealant.

Safety Instruction：

1. Use in well ventilated areas.

2. In case of eye contact, flush with water and seek medical attention immediately.

3. Keep out of the reach of children.

Storage：

Should be stored separately in cool and dry places, temperature below 27℃.

12 months shelf life from the date of production.
